At this point you have a successful implementation. Your school community is engaged. The Portal is a technical success. Conversation and communication are happening. You want to keep the Portal working for you, enabling the strategies you have set out for parent engagement in your District.

This part of the guide poses some items for you to consider in keeping the Portal fresh. As you have developed your Portal you have engaged in formative evaluation, seeking feedback and making adjustments as you have learned. You will want to continue evaluating, and continuing to monitor that your Portal strategies are aligned with all the strategies in your District.
