Content
While some content is embedded in Features and Functions, you will need to think separately about the content that is captured in the Portal. Think of it as the documents that you will want to be available in your Portal, such as meeting agendas and minutes, manuals, or policies. You will need to identify a structure or a way of storing and accessing these documents.
The method you use to store and access documents will be dependent in part on the technology you use. But regardless of the technology, a good first step is to identify what kinds of documents you will want to have available, who should be able to access these documents, and who is responsible for loading and deleting these documents. This information will be used when you set up your Portal.
You can use the Requirements Sheet template to record and document the content you plan to post in your Parent Portal.
